Mechanical treatment

The company provides a wide range of equipment of a universal type.

We provide the following services in the treatment of:

1. Chuck turning on wheel lathe; size to: diameter 800 mm, length 3000 mm.

2.Chuck turning on vertical lathes, vertical-spindle system and horizontal dimensions of the disc, size to: diameter 1400 mm height 1000 mm.

3.Treatment on the boring machine, dimensions: 1600mm x 1400mm x h – 1600 mm; the boring size: diameter 800 mm, length 320 mm.

4. Grinding of:
– shaft: diameter 400 mm, length 2000 mm;
– hole: diameter 400 mm, length 320 mm;
– surface: 300mm x 1000 mm x h – 300 mm.

5. Drawing and stamping:
– eccentric press 100T and 160T
– hydraulic press 25T

6. Milling of gear wheels and chain wheels:
– module maximum 8
– maximum diameter of 500 mm
– the smallest number of teeth 12

7. Slotting:
– size: 1000m x 1000 mm at height of 400 mm.

8. Drilling on radial drilling machines:
– maximum diameter of 63 mm
– maximum drilling depth of 1065 mm.
– maximum radius of spindle overhang of 200mm

9. Cutting on band saws:
– maximum cutting diameter of 300 mm.
